Chantal began her career in the real estate industry in 2014 as an Insurance Relocation Specialist who negotiated short-term leases for displaced families. In the fall of 2016, she joined a top producing Chicagoland team, initially as a Listing Coordinator, and quickly transitioned into the role of a Transaction Coordinator. There, she successfully created new processes for lead tracking and conversion rates.
An entrepreneur at heart, along with Chantal's relocation to the CSRA, prompted her to launch Line by Line Transactions in 2020. Her years of experience and her ability to work efficiently under pressure guides her passion for providing top-notch service to her agents and their clients. You can always count on Chantal to be there every step of the way.

She also spends time on special projects that fuel her passion for data analysis, process improvements, and social media marketing.
